Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 1:00pm Monday to Friday are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Service and Costs

All orders are sent via Evri Standard Delivery.
Delivery is charged at £4.99 per order.
Estimated delivery time is up to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delays

We always aim to meet the delivery times stated, but during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather), deliveries may take slightly longer.
